Information you provide. If you submit a resume, job description, or other content, we use it to provide the result or feature you requested. Please do not submit information that you are not authorized to share.

How we use information. We use information to operate, maintain, improve, and protect the website, respond to requests, and provide the services you choose to use. We do not sell personal information or use submitted resume and job-description content for unrelated advertising.

Sharing. We do not share submitted content with third parties except when needed to provide a requested service, comply with a legal obligation, protect the website or its users, or complete a business transaction.

Retention. We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. You should keep your own copies of important documents.

Usage information. We may receive general information about how the website is used so that we can understand usage, diagnose problems, and improve the service. We do not use this information to identify the contents of your documents.

Performance and error diagnostics. We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page-load performance. It sets no cookies and does not read your documents. If an unexpected error occurs while you use a tool, the site may send a limited technical report to Sentry, our error-reporting provider. The report contains only the error type, the part of the site where it happened, and locations in our own code. It never contains the text of your resume or job description, file names, or the error message itself.

Your choices. You may choose not to provide information, although some features may not work without it. You may also stop using the website at any time.

Security. We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-party services and links. The website may use service providers or link to other websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
